For a product question

Include the full product name and the specification you want checked. Useful questions cover compound identity, labelled quantity, product format or availability. If comparing two listings, name both products so the difference can be reviewed.

For an existing order

Provide your order number, the name used at checkout and a clear description of the issue. For delivery questions, include the tracking information you received.

For damaged or incorrect items

Contact support within seven days of delivery and provide supporting photographs. The carried-over returns policy covers faulty, damaged or incorrect products, subject to review. Change-of-mind returns and problems caused by incorrect handling or storage are excluded.
